    • A. The tent does have a full bottom, however, it does NOT have a tub bottom. The seam is at ground level. I would call the bottom "thin tarp" material-much thinner than any previous tent I have bought, but I guess that is what happens over time to keep cost reasonable. Less quality and thinner products (I just bought it to replace an older model Ozark Trail tent that I paid half the price for 10 years ago (that NEVER leaked and HAS a tub bottom, just having issues with a zipper and wanted a very slightly bigger one now that the family has expanded and I am less than impressed, but I really don't want to shell out $400 for a better tent so we will see how quickly this leaks and tears...it looks like it has snags in the mesh door already!

    • A. 2015-MAYBE PREVIOUS MODELS OF THIS TENT HAD A TUB FLOOR, BUT THE CURRENT VERSION DOES NOT! I bought this tent based on it having a tub floor and was quite disappointed when I set it up to find that the seams are at ground level. The tarp bottom is also very thin. WalMart, it would be much more helpful to buyers if the reviews posted were only on the current version of the products for sale. It is very difficult to find accurate descriptions and make informed decisions on purchases. I cannot imagine that the ratings are close to 5 starts on the tent I received in 2015. It seems very flimsy and cheap, unlike past Ozark Trail tents I have used.

    • A. the floor continues up the wall without a seam for about six or so inches so if you happen to be in a puddle it doesn't leak.

    • A. the floor is made of a thick material like a tarp you would use for cleaning up leaves for example. the tarp comes up on all four sides of the tent so it creates a small 'tub'. essentially it just means you don't need to put down a tarp first, you just setup the tent anywhere and don't worry about it, because the tarp is the bottom of the tent.

    • A. A tub floor in a tent means that the floor comes up off the ground on all sides...instead of laying just flat even with the ground...this helps ensure dryness.

    Great Tent!!

Bought this tent 3 years ago, for $120. We have used it on 6 camping trips, have also let the kids "camp out" in the back yard 4 times and it is still going strong! If you are putting it down in a rocky area make sure you put a tarp down first (this goes for ANY tent). The tent is HUGE, we used 2 queens sized air mattresses, and a single. There was more than enough space to actually put down 3 queens sized air mattresses and ALL of our stuff, but we only needed sleeping space for 2 adults and 4 kids. It left a lot of room in the center for the kids to just hang out. really high quality materials (fabric, poles and stakes). the second time we went camping with this tent it rained for 4 days, and we did not get wet. (just make sure that the doorway isn't at the bottom of an incline, That you have completely stretched the bottom out as far as it can go, staked it down solidly, and that u secure the red canopy onto the tent correctly and you will not have a problem with leaks.) also love that we could remove the top and see the stars while laying in bed. It also has 4 ventilation areas that can be staked to be left open or Velcro-ed to be kept closed. Over all a really great tent, i have nothing but good things to say about it, I would definitely buy it again and really recommend it!!

Everyone loved being together in one tent... For $151 on walmart.com and to get it in 3 days was perfect! I got two of them. I had previously purchased multiple 2 person tents and then saw this. I'm so happy I only had to pack 2 large tents instead of 6. Putting two of these together was so much easier than putting multiple tents together. There was 10 of us in total. 8 adults and 2 kids. It took us 30 minutes and 5 people to put the first tent together and then 10 minutes and 3 people to put the second tent together since we knew what we was doing by then. Put it together: spread out the tent, stake it down all around w/metal stakes, then put the small poles thru the left and then right side, then slide the two large poles criss crossed through he middle and bam you're done! You can add the cover or leave it off and look at the stars/trees from inside the tent at night. The two optional dividers which turned it into a three room tent were easy to put up (took 2 people# and when sleeping you can't see next door, but if you're tall enough you can look over. We had put tarp down on the ground 11x11 #2# since it had rained the nights before. We burned citronella bucket candle outside the tent door overnight which reduced the bugs to none bitting us #in addition if you keep the doors zipped all day and night then you won't have bugs/spiders coming in). It looked exactly how the picture posted.

We bought this tent after looking around at all of the major sporting good stores in the Nashville area and could not beat the price for the options. While making our decision, we read some of the reviews, and to be honest, I was a bit concerned about the few references to leaking and bent poles in wind. Well, we took the kids out for their first camping trip for one night this past weekend, Sat. August 27, 2016, and wouldn't you know, after setting up camp and heading out on the lake for a couple of hours, a storm blew in that generated "Severe Thunderstorm Storm" warnings on our phones. Heavy rain, 60 mph winds, and hale. Needless to say we battened down the hatches and settled in for a wild ride. In the end, we had nothing to worry about. The tent performed magnificently in spite of Nature's fury. Three drops of water and no bent poles! Not to say I was not concerned initially after setting her up. The only real stake tie downs were built into the rain fly and only on either end. I have decided to purchase a few lengths of para cord and stake the main room poles down front and rear using the 4 built in 'D' rings that the rain fly clips on to. It obviously did not need the added support this storm, but it only lasted maybe an hour and fifteen minutes. If it had gone on overnight, the results may have been different. While riding the storm out in the main 'room,' I told my lovely spouse that if it stayed standing, it would have earned a great review which it did. We absolutely love this tent!

We purchased this exact tent from Walmart during the summer of 2011. We have since used it for nearly 15 camping trips with our little boy as well as extended family. It is so spacious - you can easily stand inside without hunching over, and it can accommodate 3 queen air mattresses with room to spare! Last summer we were camping in the mountains when a terrible rain storm hit, accompanied by thunder and lightening. The campground was drenched and the storm lasted well over two hours. We took cover in the tent and I was shocked that not one drop of rain seeped in. The rain was sheeting against the sides (where the screens are), and nothing! We stayed perfectly dry and the tent dried off within an hour or two once the sun hit it! It is great quality. We love this tent!

This tent was more than enough for my family on our camping trip. You can stand up straight without hunch in over the whole time. It does have a lil awning but at night if you want your tent completely zipped up that awning is the cover for your door to close. Other than that I really enjoyed the tent. Easy set up and take down too. I just didn't care for the color...it looks orange in the picture but was more red. To me it reminded me of the 49ers football team colors. Red and gold. But that doesn't really matter to me. I'd definitely recommend it for the size and price. Ozark makes really great tents!
