Lifetime warranty for defects and workmanship. Contact 1-866-461-8665. Warnings ; DO NOT overfill with hot liquid. DO NOT place in microwave, oven or freezer. DO NOT use with warm milk, juice , soup or baby food. Carbonated beverages and spoiled perishables can build up pressure over prolonged periods of time. Be carefull when opening. Please wash before first use. DO NOT use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine to clean. DO NOT scald yourself. DO NOT use sealable items with carbonated or fermenting beverages , milk or food. Doing so, may cause pressure buildup and lead to lid failure and spills, which can scald, or foreceful ejection of lid and contents, whcih can cause injury. CAUTION: Hot beverages will remain hot for several hours. Make sure sealing ring is locked in position before use. Dairy products or juice will promote bacteria growth, please clean after use. Keep tumbler in upgright position when carrying. Use of tools or devices to force opening the container may harm yourself.

exceeded my expectations
This bottle is surprisingly well built! I was looking for a cheap water bottle for work and I bought this one thinking it would last me at least a week. After a few days it exceeded my expectations and is now my everyday bottle for everywhere. It keeps water colder longer than my $20 steel blender bottle and doesn't make water taste weird. The cap is a bit fragile and mine started to leak after 2 months but this entire bottle is easily replaceable at the very low price it sells for!

Better than Thermos?
My brother has the 32oz version, and he made coffee yesterday at 6AM. He filled this up and forgot to take it to work. I just opened it and poured myself a cup at 11AM, 29 HOURS LATER, and it's still warm, almost hot! He works in a garage, and after a few months, it's still taking a beating no sweat.

Love this water bottle!! Just as good as name brand and with children you dont have to worry about them losing it because the price is so great! Keeps ice and water cold all day! When kids get home from school theres still plenty of ice left in tumbler. Handle broke about two weeks after I purchased but no problem I called customer service on the water bottle 866-461-8665 and they sent me out a replacement for free. Iâve told everyone I know about these water bottles!! Fantastic buy!
