Very easy to put up and take down, I was able to do it myself (5'3 female) in under 10 minutes. Lots of space inside, we were able to put 2 queen sized mattresses and a twin mattress with plenty of room in the center for bags and bins. Great circulation with the top being open and floor vents; actually gets a breeze occasionally and the tent stays cool with windows up. Lots of pockets inside for storage and hooks to hang tent lights. Able to separate the rooms with removable dividers. I was disappointed that you can't separate the screen porch from the rest of the cabin. Overall, I love the tent, but there were some disappointments: - The screen porch really isn't a "porch," it's just a space within the tent that has floor to ceiling windows. I was used to having a separate screened in area outside the main area to take off shoes and store bins/cookers before entering the tent. It was also a buffer for bugs getting in. This tent does not have that. Bummer. - The doors have a flap to cover the zipper and it gets caught in the zipper all the time. The door is also flimsy and you have to use 2 hands to zip/unzip. - The floor is thin and you'll need a tarp under it if camping on rocky surfaces. It's also baggy on the edges despite the tent poles being pulled tight. - We took on water during a heavy rain. Some came in through the power cord opening, some near the floor vents. Also, water came in on the bed pushed up against the side wall. Next time I will wrap the power cord with a washcloth to catch water before it gets into the tent and I'll put down rugs or towels by the vents. This almost made me return the tent because staying dry is the most important thing when camping, but the space in this tent is amazing, so I'll give it another trip next month to see if we have any more water issues after my fixes.
