Comforter was ripped in 2 places in original bag

Comforter looked beautiful on front. I was in a hurry to get it wrapped so I didn't look at it good. Since original bag it came in was not damaged at all I assumed it was fine. Well my daughter opened it on Christmas morning and we were looking at it and there are 2 rips one on each side of comforter and the stuffing is coming out. You can see it through the bag. It did not happen during shipment because original bag was immaculate!! I was not happy!! We didn't even take it out of the bag. I will be returning it. It was so disappointing that my daughter could not use her Christmas gift immediately. I will be ordering from somewhere else.
