I bought this case for my Blackberry Q10 and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I found my phone a little difficult to handle without any case because it did not fit my hands well. I work in and around construction so I need to protect my phone from drops and bumps. After installing this case, I found it was much easier to manage and hold. I really like the multi-layer protection offered by this case and the feel of the outer rubber. The screen protector is decent but I will probably invest in a Zagg HD screen protector since it has a much better tactile feel and offers better protection. My only complaint is the visual instructions for putting the case on the phone. I have never had an Otterbox so I was not sure how it all came together. The picture shown in illustration number 2 was unclear to me at first. I thought it was part of the belt clip or something but it was a side view of the two part front/back of the case coming together. Overall, I think this is an excellent case and I have no doubt it will protect my phone for years.

I really like the defender series by Otter Box. The one for the Q10 is pretty good but has a few flaws. None of these are "deal breakers" but are annoying. The locking tabs on the belt holster tend to catch on clothing making it difficult to reseat the phone. If I'm wearing a loose shirt, the tabs will catch on the shirt preventing the phone form being able to clip back into the holster. I end up holding the shirt up with one hand so that I can lock the phone into place with the other. Longer tabs may help. You can easily break the belt clip off the holster if it catches on a seatbelt or chair arm. This has happened to me once. Otter sent me a replacement case with no questions the next day Very impressive and will definitely make me a repeat customer. Some sort of break away clip might solve this. One that you could just snap back on. The case offers good protection from most drops and the rubber like material offers a great grip which helps you from dropping the phone in the first place. For the Blackberry Q10 I think this is the best case on the market.
