Now that I know how to use it.
I have known for quite a while what Bromelain is supposed to do. Problem was, nobody actually gave useable instructions. But now I have the correct instructions. Take 4 capsules before bed, on an empty stomach (with enough water to get them into your stomach). During the night the enzyme cleans proteins out of your joints, spine and other places. If I take Bromelain, I wake up in the morning with my sciatic nerve and legs NOT hurting. This process will use water, so you will be thirsty in the morning. Or maybe even wake up during the night with a dry mouth and throat. So keep water handy. No smell in my bottle.Cheryl Vernon

Smelled really bad after barely using
