Better than an inversion table
I researched about ways to stretch my back to decrease lower back pain. Bought this as a cost effective alternative to an inversion table, plus it is portable, does not use space at home, and does not increase the blood pressure in your head and eyes... And it works great!!! 10 minutes in the morning, and my lower back pain was gone for days. Be mindful of the proper use, move slowly, and when laying on it, just relax and let gravity do the rest. Also, move slowly and carefully when getting up. It simply works. Bought another for a friend already

Don't let the low height fool you, this thing does it's job very well. Two minutes on this thing and I could breathe exponentially better, plus my back pain went away very quickly. Just don't stand up too fast like I did, you might get a little light headed lol
