Just cant understand why you cant buy these online most other things like this you should be able to buy online as its not a perishable item. I am home bound and would really Love it if you all had food that we could buy online more. What would be even better is for us to be able to order our food and it be delivered to our home. What I mean is this, I place a order and its brought to my house the next day weather its milk frozen or fruits and veggies. JMHO
cheap, good & a little veggies
Okay - yeah, it has a lot of sodium. But most packaged products do. To me, this is directly comparable to the Ramen noodles that college kids eat constantly and this comes out WAY ahead in flavor, consistency and ingredients. AND IT IS UNDER a $1!!!!! Which is why most of us eat it, right? Sometimes there just isn't enough money (actually most times) to last the month. This is a tasty cheap meal! PER CONTAINER it has 4g of fiber and 14g of protein. But beware if you fight high blood pressure because it contains 1300mg of sodium per container also! Let's face it though - if you are eating this stuff it's usually because one can't afford the "healthy" stuff so...... Oh - don't be fooled by the "2 servings" thing. It really is only 1 serving for anyone over the age of about 10 years. But then they would have to double all the stats and that would scare people away. Just like spaggettios getting more than 1 serving out of a can. It just doesn't happen! Caution - always put some sort of plate underneath while cooking as it tends to "boil" over and make a mess of your microwave!
Always buying this.
Great as a snack or fill in between meals if you get hungry late night... great Teriyaki flavor! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
