Ingredients: ORGANIC COCOA BUTTER, ORGANIC CANE SUGAR, ORGANIC TAPIOCA STARCH, ORGANIC RICE SYRUP SOLIDS, ORGANIC RICE MALTODEXTRIN, SALT.
Instructions: Melting Directions: Microwave: Melt 1-1/2 cups morsels in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 40 seconds; stir. If needed, microwave at additional 10-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted. Microwaves vary, melting times may need to be adjusted. Double Boiler: Place 11/2 cups morsels in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Do not cover. Prevent water from coming in contact with morsels. When morsels begin to turn shiny, stir constantly until melted. Once melted, immediately remove top pan with melted morsels from bottom pan. We recommend melting no more than 2 cups of morsels at a time. Once melted, use immediately. Important: Young children (less than 4 years) have limited chewing ability and could choke on small pieces. Store in a cool, dry place (60 degrees-70 degrees F) and avoid direct sunlight.

Best vegan white chocolate I have ever had. My non-vegan friends love it too. It is also the ONLY truly corn free, wheat free, dairy free, and soy free white chocolate on the market. Praise. So glad someone finally figured out how to make an exceptionally delicious white chocolate with this allergy friendly profile. The best part is that is tastes amazing too. :)
