Melting Directions: (visit verybestbaking.com for more melting tips)Microwave: Melt 1-3/4 cups morsels in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 45 seconds; stir. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted. Microwaves vary, melting times may need to be adjusted. Double Boiler: Place 1-3/4 cups morsels in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Do not cover. Prevent water from coming in contact with morsels. When morsels begin to turn shiny, stir constantly until melted. Once melted, immediately remove top pan with melted morsels from bottom pan.

Safe Handling Instructions

We recommend melting no more than 2 cups of morsels at a time.Once melted, use immediately.

Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels have a creaminess and sweet flavor that work well in many recipes. When given the opportunity to receive a free sample of the morsels to use in a recipe, I chose one of my personal favorites from my childhood: Blonde Brownies. Similar to a chocolate chip cookie but in bar form, the milk chocolate morsels hold their shape but become gooey when eaten while warm. Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels gave this classic dessert a wonderful balance of flavor, matching well with the brown sugar batter and crispy edges. The best thing about the Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels was its consistency - sweet and creamy with a mild richness. I would recommend reaching for these chocolate chips, especially for dishes such as Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Blonde Brownies, and of course, the Classic Toll House Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie.
