I use this product to nourish my body inside and out. When I make biscuits with this oil it does not make my biscuits taste like coconut. It has a mild coconut taste and aroma. It also works great when I make lotions and creams with it to nurse my skin and hair. I would not be without it.

Way to Eat Healthier
My 90 year old aunt recommended using this in cooking (instead of butter), on bread, eat it straight. You can hardly taste the difference from butter, and if you like coconut - all the better. Just watch it in hot kitchens, it will melt to liquid. So keep it cool. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Great price for great product
This coconut oil is the only one I have seen that is standardized for medium chain triglycerides, which is why I buy it. The same product sells for almost twice as much at my grocery store. The taste is fine with me, straight out of the jar. It seems to enhance the taste of my spinach salads well.
I bought this for both a moisturizer and for baking. Unfortunately my husband doesn't like it with popcorn so I only use it for baking. As a moisturizer it is great; especially on my feet, elbows and face. Rub a small amount on your face then drop your head upside down to get the circulation going and massage your face rubbing the oil in deep. You will wake up with a nice glow.
