250 mg was not enough, so i tried the 500 mg. Wonderful!! I fall asleep faster, in just a couple minutes. I have less charlie horses and less migraines, and less muscle pain. That also depends on how much coffee/caffeine I drink. Because caffeine can flush out ALL of our water solvable magnesium. In my opinion Magnesium is a bit more effective taken in the evening.
