TOTALLY AWESOME and so easy
Bought these with the intent of cooking crab rangoons from a recipe I found on pinterest. When I opened the package there was a recipe ( 3 or 4) inside to make them that I followed. So easy and sooooo Yummy. I fried them but you can bake them if you desire. Ingredients: 8oz. cream cheese 8oz. crab meat 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 scallions chopped & 1 tsp. minced garlic ( sauteed till soft....cool slightly) mix all together.......... drop by tablespoons in center of square fold into a triangle and brush with egg white. Cook in oil 3 - 5 minutes til slightly browned.
Cherry Cheese Drops, the easy way.
Loved working with these. I made cherry cream cheese won tons. Add 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar to cream cheese, beat until fluffy. Cherry preserves or any fruit preserves. Using a baby spoon or 1/2 teaspoon, place 1/2 tsp cream cheese in center, top with 1/2 tsp fruit, moisten edges and pull up to top and press together. Bake 350 until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
