MICROWAVE: MICROWAVE 1 Cup morsels in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 45 seconds; STIR. Microwaves vary. If needed, heat at additional 10-15 second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until melted.OVEN: MELTING DIRECTIONS:DOUBLE BOILER: Place 1-2 Cups morsels in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Do not cover. Prevent water from coming in contact with morsels. When morsels begin to turn shiny, stir constantly until melted. Once melted, immediately remove top pan with melted morsels from bottom pan.

Delicious treat
I'm supposed to stay as close to gluten free and sugar free s possible and with my huge sweet tooth this leaves very few "Cheat"sweet treats for me , But I mix these New Nedtle Espresso Morsels with some salted caramel and have the best treat ever. I do limit my intake but they are hard to resist. Good job yall. I love these Espresso Morsels.

    Great coffee flavor
    These came out great. However I tweaked it a bit. I omitted the regular chocolate chips that were to be melted. Only used the express chips. Baked at 375 10 minutes(my oven time) followed rest of recipe.. these were perfect. I am a coffee lover so it was just the right amount of coffee/chocolate balance. Will definitely make again

    These add an extra element to any recipe you'd normally use semi-sweet chocolate chips _or_ use them on their own, too. We made a mix of semi-sweet, caramel and these chips for some pastries - it was awesome!

    Made for Fantasy Fudge!
    As soon as I saw these espresso morsels in the grocery store, I knew they would make great fudge. I'm not wrong! This fudge tastes just like chocolate coated coffee beans, but smooth and creamy. Delicious!
