NE Kids Highlands 7 Drawer Dresser

We ordered this piece to act as a dresser and changing table in our baby's nursery. We don't know if it's a boy or girl, so I wanted a grayish rustic dresser to match the white crib and other neutral items throughout the room. Upon receiving the dresser, it was well packaged and came fully assembled, aside from the hardware. The dresser itself is well made...great size, nice charcoal/slate gray hardware, and good style overall. However, the coloring was completely different than pictured!! Online it looks like a weathered gray color, but it's more tan/light brown with bluish green marbling. The drawers are also difficult to slide back and forth and seem to stick in their "locked" position. As for the exterior feel, it's a bit rough and grainy rather than most smooth dressers. This review was hard because some aspects of the dresser were great, but others (mostly the color) were not. After much thought, we decided to return the dresser. That being said, Hayneedle was great and made the return process an easy one.
