1. No. Says it on the package: up to 72 hours after sex, and will not do anything after pregnancy is there - usually 3 weeks after it is a pregnancy, not just a fertilized egg trying to find footage in your uterus.

2. The pill is for use within 72 hours (3 days) after sex

3. It says on the package: "Will not harm existing pregnancy". 3 weeks after sex you will either be pregnant (in which case this pill will not harm your pregnancy) or you will not be pregnant (in which case you don't need this pill). Or in short: No, it will not work if u take it 3 weeks after sex.

1. The pill should not be used as regular birth control. It is suggested to only be used once per period cycle. You can use it more often, but using it more often can increase your risk for side effects.
