Just like everyone else says the one i bought would pause every few minutes. After reinstalling the batteries a zillion times i was finally mad enough to push them in super hard not caring if i was rough. Turned it on and even though it connects i pushed the connect button also very hard. No more problem ! Possibly the connect button was not making good contact who knows.
After unpacking and putting the supplied batteries, it will not turn on. Replaced the batteries and same thing. After further inspection, the batteries were loose inside the mouse. After carefully prying the metal tabs for the positive side of the batteries, the mouse came on. After that is Plug and Play. I like the 3 different DPI settings and how quiet it is. DPI settings allows me to navigate the web, do graphic design and gaming (FPS). Green is the slowest and Red is the fastest one for the pointer speed. All in all, is a good mouse. Too bad the instructions doesn't provide much info about it (how long batteries will last, if it has auto shutoff, etc.).
The thing eats through batteries at a horrible rate. I made sure to turn it off while not in use and I still found myself replacing them every other day. Thankfully I have rechargeable batteries or I would be spending an arm and a leg. Also very poor on accuracy. Cursor tends to fly all over the screen now and then when I'm using it. Only good thing is it's a 6 button, which helps me in my games. Can't wait to replace it.
I have used this mouse for about a month now. I like its camo look, reminding me of where I'd rather be than cooped up at work. However, like the others have stated, this mouse has a mind of its own; it's worse than a BT mouse for hanging for about ten seconds (seems like fifteen) every fifteen minutes or so. It is now starting to jump every now and then. I'll try a few more "fixes," but my patience is growing thin. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
Picked this up to match my real tree notebook, which works great. Now the mouse on the other hand is utter garbage like most mossy oak products. Lasted a month until the batteries died. Randomly stopped working as another reviewer here stated. (same issue) The other review I seen is what I suspect is the issue now. Poorly made resulting in bad battery connections. Guess you get what you pay for on this one.
My son wanted the "cool" camou mouse for his 1st year in college . He purchased one, got home and it would not work. Returned it, purchased another (2nd) and that did not work! He gave up and returned it. Best Buy he goes! Mossy Oak is NOT known for their technology!
I have bought two of these thinking first one was bad, but second one is the same as the first. Do not buy this mouse, if someone tries to give you this mouse run away as fast as you can, unless you're willing to spend a lot of money on batteries. Mine needs replaced every week too two weeks. And if batteries going dead don't bother you I'm sure it disconnecting from the pc every five minutes for fifteen to thirty second will.
