Re-selling Open box shock absorber as new!

One of 2 Monroe OEspectrum shock absorbers (PN 37137) I ordered online arrived in new condition in an unopened Monroe box, while the other came in a previously opened and taped shut box and was scratched and dented in several places. If I wanted to buy Open box items I would ask for them, AND expect to get a friggin' discount!
