One of the most innovative and well thought out designs.
Very quiet. Having the compressor and evaporator components external and physically separated from the part that is in the house, makes it one of the quietest A/C I've ever installed. Does a great job cooling. The bracket that holds it is top notch. Great price.

Defective filter; Customer service useless
The AC looks great and I'm sure it's whisper quiet, but I can't run the stupid thing because it shipped with a warped, defective filter. The filter doesn't fit into the AC properly and leaves a huge gap, and I am concerned that if I run it then dust will get into the AC and ruin the brand new product I just paid $456 for.
I went to the customer service website, and the representative took forever then told me I needed to call back or chat with them again during business hours. She said I needed to go through a troubleshooting process.
Well, their business hours are exactly during the time I am at work. Not at home, with the air conditioner. So I'm supposed to take a day off of work to do this? Also, there's nothing to troubleshoot. The fi...SadHotCustomer

- 5 out of 5 stars review5/31/2022I like it is going good so farit is a very quiet unit 90% of the time make some little soft noises every once awhile but you can still hear your TV and you can talk on the telephone without leaving the room the cooling power is very good just a little problem with the thermostat if the outside temperature is about 60 degrees and the inside temperature about 74 degrees you may have to just the unit control panel to get the unit to come on lower the temperature are going to a different cooling mode setting it's been in operation for 8 days everything is going good been through a rainstorm for the last 3 days no water came through the window I took it out a extended warranty cuz this is a DC inverter this is new technology has been out on the market for at least 10 years o...tg

I did most myself ( 50 female ) and only had my hubby help lift it in, but I probably could’ve done that too, just not as smooth. LOL This is a game changer for us. We only have one window in our Living room so we always wait to put in the AC because we hate to lose the fresh air. This solves that problem and did I mention how quiet it is?! You literally cannot hear ANYTHING! AmazingFeefee68
- 5 out of 5 stars review6/16/2021Best window unit I've owned by farThis thing is actually a tiny minisplit on your window. From the design to the guts, everything is basically a minisplit. It's a great idea because the lack of noise is unreal, just like a real minisplit. Once in a while I'll hear this rattly vibration from the compressor but it goes away within a minute. I read another reviewer say this goes away after a while. The install was fairly straight forward, watch the newer video guide on their youtube channel.Tom
- 5 out of 5 stars review5/17/2022I would definitely buy again. worth the effort.The install was a little more detailed than I thought it would be. takes a little extra brain power and sweat then traditional window units. my window was a little bit smaller than the size of the box showed. but I was able to take out my sash and reinstall. definitely a lot quieter and a lot less work to seal the window up since the opening is so small. tabs in the middle of the window that allow you to put your window down to hold the unit while you install it or removable when you are done the instructions do not tell you that. if your window is wider than the recommended distance do not fret. the stabilizer bars that slide out into the ends of the window can actually be screwed down into the bottom of the window frame to hold it in plac...allen
