Microsoft Supplier Problem
I've ordered this Business Model 5 times from different suppliers. In every case, the keyboard has arrived in its product box replete with factory-applied identification that corresponds with the (more expensive) "Business" model, but contains the lesser Home or "Retail" model. (The "Business" model features tougher key surfaces and more functions, but looks at first glance nearly identical to the "Retail" model.)
It's obviously an error at the Chinese factory for which WalMart bears no responsibility, but I would discourage any prospective purchaser to ascertain whether or not the model offered is indeed what's to be shipped - that requires physical examination before shipment, not just reading the box labeling.
I've used this type for many years, and have been highly satisfied, having at this point worn the identification labels form many of the keys. Was looking forward to receiving a brand new replacement, but am frustrated at every turn by the mis-identification issue.
