Nope.. No straps, and it's a very unstable chair for little ones...

No it's for older children. It is low to the ground but there is no need for straps. It's for children ages 3-8. Although my 2 year old has sat in it and does just fine, he doesn't like the chair because it doesn't support his head.

I bought this for my grandson (he will be 3 in January 2017) he always wants to sit in his older sisters (she's 12) saucer chair so I bought this for him for Christmas! I took it out of the box and I think it's going to be just the right size for my 3 year old. It's made sturdy, he is active and will really put it to the test. I like that the legs are steel.

Mickey-Mouse-Mini-Saucer-Chair

My puppy loves this little chair. He doesn't like to lay on the floor on a pillow. It's easy to clean since it's made of cloth. Easy to store away when he is outside. Will buy another one for my room where he sleeps at night.

Love the chair just wish it was a little bigger. My son is 16mos and he's almost too big for it but I just had another baby so i will get my money's worth out of it!

Cute Chair!

My son was so excited to see his new Mickey Mouse saucer chair. He just turned two but he is a big boy. And the chair is just too small. If the back were higher up to fit his head he would be happy. He is always climbing into his 6week old sister's bouncy seat. So I thought he would like his own chair. But he doesn't like it because he can't lean his head back. So we will be returning this and keep our eyes open for something different.

This is too small

Chair is easy to turn over if child isnt walking yet or tall enough. Other than that. My son loves it!

Chair is flimsy

I was totally surprised by how small the chair was. The packaging said "for 3 to 8 yr olds". They must have surveyed some tiny 8 yo because my son is not quite 2 and this chair is almost too small for him. But because HE LOVES MICKEY, I am keeping the chair. It also could use some cushioning/a small pillow along the top edge. For taller toddlers the top rim of the chair may catch the top of the neck, making it uncomfortable for those toddlers who like to relax their heads back, like mine. Appearance wise, it's a cute colorful chair w/ good support. My son doesn't sink into the seat but is still comfortable.

Cute Chair but...

I purchased this chair and the Minnie Mouse chair just like it for my 2-and-4-year-old kids for Christmas. The day after opening them and using them just an average amount, the seams in the bottom of each of them tore open. To Walmart's credit, the return was super easy, but I would not buy again. If it had only happened to one, that might be different. But they both tore in exactly the same place, which suggests a manufacturing weakness to me.

Came apart on Day 2

Bought this for my 2yo who loves Mickey. He sat in it one time and it ripped across the seem in the back. He is 2yo & weighs 33lbs...both well under the manufacturers suggested age & weight. He cried and cried when I took it away. Will be returning to Walmart as soon as possible.

It ripped the first time he Sat in it!

I bought 15 chairs and the seams on most of them were unraveled within a week

Already fell apart

Returned it. Even though it is very cheap, you cannot take off the fabric to wash and after a couple of days that my son sat on it the colors of Mickey Mouse  decolored
