Rated 5 out of 5★by Best tire I have ever owned Originally bought a set for my 2005 Doge 1500 and put 20,000 miles on them. Recently bought a 2013 Dodge 1500 and put the Michelins on the new truck and the Good Years on the old truck. Had the warranty transfer from the old truck to the new and still have 50,000 miles warranty left. Most tires I have had barely lasted 30,000 miles and I expect to have the full 70,000.Great traction in the wet and the dry, low noise, long lasting. Even though I have 20,000 miles on the tires they have more tread left than most new tires. The tires are stable when pulling a trailer and considering I towed with the Good Years, the Michelin tires gave me almost 2 mpg increase in gas mileage.Yes, it is an expensive tire, but in this case you get what you pay for and they are worth every cent! 09/24/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★by I purchased these tires 6 months ago and put on my 2006Dodge 2500 diesel 4x4. They are excellent tires. I've put 12,000 miles on them so far and they still look like new. I rotated them every 5,000. They are smooth riding, noisefree, and grip well. I've used the truck to pull tractors out of ditches, my fifth wheel RV and jeeps out of the woods. Never had any problems of slippage.I've recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab Dually. It has General Ameritrac tires on it. 52,000 miles and the tires are needing replacement. I will be buying 6 new Michelins LT235/80R17E soon. I will be pulling my 15000lb fifth wheel trailer with it.If you buy these tires put the recommended air pressure that is on your drivers door placard. It makes for a smooth and economical ride. If towing a heavy load put 80PSI in them. Thats what I do. 01/30/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★by Have them on both my F-250 Supercabs Back some years ago I purchased a used 2002 F-250 Super cab 4X4. it came with these tires. In the past I would always buy the cheapest tires, even used sometimes. After driving on them until they needed to be replaced I replaced them with the same.We then purchased a second F-250 super cab 4X2 with the V-10. There was a little shimmy in the front and the Goodyears were showing signs some tread life left but I replaced the two most worn with Michelin LTX M/S2 tires and put them on the front and the shimmy stopped. The tires cost a lot more than I am used to paying but I just remember the performance of the ones that came on my 4X4 and pay the extra. My wife does not use these on her mini van but then she does not hall around a camper inside the back of it like we do inside the F-250s. 10/27/2013

Rated 5 out of 5★by You get what you pay for! I love the quality of these tires! Yes you spend a little more but they roll alot longer than those cheap tires! The first set I had lasted me almost 2 years.... WOW !!! On my second set now and still rolling great! For me that's great because with kids & animals we are always rolling and sometimes with our trailer! 02/17/2014
Rated 5 out of 5★by Longest Lasting Tire Made I put the Michelin LTX M/S 2 on my 2005 Ford F-150 4x4 at 90,000 miles. At 151,000 they have 20,000-25,0000 miles left based. on my last rotation at my local dealer. They ride great and will give you 1 MPG better fuel economy. I have driven them in 2 snow storms and they never lost traction. I drove the first 10,000 miles on worn out ball joints, they still had minimal shoulder wear. Keep the pressure at 35-40 and rotate every 5000-6000 miles and never worry. 01/29/2015
Rated 5 out of 5★by Great tires I had brought 4 of these at Sam's in Jan 6th 2014 and got 109,000 miles on them. They were the best tires I ever owned, 09/24/2015
Rated 1 out of 5★by Bad Vibration, Balancing Can't Fix Bought new Michelin 18” Defender LTX M/S2 tires for a Ford F250 to replace Michelins that had come with the truck. My old tires were smooth as silk and I actually got more miles from them than the warranty. However, the new tires vibrated badly, so I had them rebalanced twice, with no improvement. Michelin replaced the tires under warranty, but the new tires also vibrate badly. I took them to another shop that had a road force balancer and paid out of my own pocket to have them rebalanced again. There was some improvement, but there’s still a significant amount of vibration. I’ve had everything checked, and the problem is the tires, not something going on elsewhere on the vehicle. I’m very, very disappointed in this line of tires, at least for my truck. 12/03/2015
