good deal

This is a GREAT book. I have been driving to the gym for years & years. I have decided to go back to basics and work out in my garage with a bench and dumbells. This book gives GREAT explanations & pics of more dumbell excersises than a person could possibly use.

Great price, great ideas

This book is packed full of moves, many of which are diagrammed. Bought this as a gift for my fiance who just started doing some weight lifting at home and wanted some new ideas. I'm sure he'll find some now! Great price for the book as well.
