Like Sharp Microwave
We purchased this oven as a replacement for the 15 year-old equivalent Sharp Carousel Microwave that was still going strong, but beginning to have some control panel issues. All of the feature changes we have noted are improvements on the older model oven and we appreciate the familiarity with the controls. I was considering the Consumer Reports' recommendation of Panasonic until I started to look into all the reviews. It was an easy choice to go with Sharp and we are looking forward to another 15 years of service out of our new oven.

This is my 3rd Sharp Carousel microwave. My 1st one was a convection/microwave which lasted 23 years. I purchased a Sharp carousel microwave 2.0 cu in. to replace it and it only lasted 4 years. My only complaint is that now a days the small appliances and electronics including TV's don't last but a few years.
