The Mediterranean Diet is a diet I was told about from my Mayo Nutritionist. I looked everywhere for a good starter book and decided on this one because it is great for starters who don't really understand what the Mediterranean diet is, like me! The 7 day diet plan helped keep me on track and helped teach me how to make meals under this diet. I would definitely recommend this cookbook to people just starting this diet! It helped me out so much!
