Instructions: Prep time: 10 minutes.Cook time: 1 hour.Makes 10 servings.You will need.1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix.2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey.2 eggs, lightly beaten.1/2 cup milk.1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread).1/2 cup no salt added ketchup or tomato sauce (optional).Directions:1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.3. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven 1 hour or until cooked through.Try this twist!Mini Meat Loaves:Use 1/2 cup no salt added ketchup in place of milk. Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon additional ketchup over top, if desired. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.Pizza Meat Loaf:Add 1 tsp. each McCormick Basil and Oregano Leaves to meat mixture. Top meat loaf with 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Bake as directed. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese during last 5 minutes of cooking.
