The ratio is 3 tablespoons mix to 1 cup water.
The ratio is 3 tablespoons of mix to 1 cup water (or broth). Why didn't they print that in plain sight? It's the first question most people have. The only way you discover this info is by peeling the back label apart where it's hidden with some recipe ideas.

Great Gravy Mix!

Great Gravy Mix! Easy to make, just add some pepper and maybe a little garlic but do not add any salt. If you really like a flavorful gravy, add some fresh mushrooms!

5. Yes, I like to use a non-stick 2-qt. saucepan. I add the mix, pour in the water whisking as I pour. Heat on high while doing this. Once mixed, continue to whisk for one minute (after boils). Remove from heat immediately & if needed, add a little more water, but if you follow the recipe it should be perfect! Re-heats good too.

6. Yes, you add water according to how much gravy mix you're using, it'll tell you the ratio of water to mix. Let it come to gentle boil so it doesn't taste like flour.
