Marey has proved to be a very poor service oriented company. I bought a unit in November, and as with most construction, was held off a bit from installation. Once installed the unit failed. (Full shut down as soon as cold water was turned on. You either got all hot or all cold, no in between.) Call Marey and they had me re-plumb for water pressure. No change. Called again, they wanted me to breakdown and diagnose the unit, sorry. I bought another unit and this one worked fine. However when I honestly told them the circumstances they told me I waited to long to return the failing unit, not even offering to repair it. I won't work with them or WalMart again.
