If I give this 0 stars I would. I purchased the Mainstays Mid-Back Leather Office chair in April 2018 (approx.). We opened it, put it together, threw out the box, etc. After about 1-2 days of using it, the chair started sinking to the ground. I barely weigh 100lbs, so it certainly is not a weight issue. I emailed the company since the product has 1-year manufacturer warranty. No response. Tried to submit a replacement part inquiry on their website to fix, and that section did not work. After weeks of trying to call them, I FINALLY got a hold of someone. The stated the issue sounded like the “gas lift” was broken and they would send a replacement part. Weeks to a month passed…no part received. I called back and was told this item has been discontinued and the part is not available, nor can they send a replacement chair. The rep stated she would reach out to the warehouse in China to see what can be done. Still nothing. Now after spending $55 on this chair from Walmart, with no packaging anymore, I have a broken chair at no fault of my own. I have emailed Walmart.com in hopes they can assist, but we will see.
