When the box arrived there were holes of various sizes in many places, it definitely looked like it had been tossed around. Fortunately, nothing inside was damaged. I separated out the parts, as instructed, and discovered I was missing most of the washers that I needed, but double the various screws. Luckily for me, my husband is a tool guy and had some washers that I needed, but, rather than wait for the company to send replacements, we bought some at Lowes for a couple of bucks...no big deal.
Now, about the bistro set: it was relatively easy to assemble for me, but would have been much easier had I looked a the picture of the item I was assembling, too. The chairs are comfortable, although I do wish there were ties to hold the back cushions in place like there are in the seat cushions. The cushions still shift around when we sit and a slightly bigger and thicker cushion would be nice, but this set is relatively inexpensive. We like the height of the table, but find it it be rather wobbly. I don't know what could be done to correct the wobble and suspect it has more to do with the height itself than a poor design(like a high-profile vehicle in the wind, perhaps?) We have a similar, but lower, table with the same design and it does not wobble. The chairs will probably last forever as they seem really well made. The table...we shall see.
All in all, we like this table set and would recommend it.
