These are probably $10 at my store but still worth the money,i like that you can buy just the fitted sheet because I don't use the flat sheet,so why have to pay for it just for me to throw it out or let it sit in the closet unused. They are really cheap, and still comfortable, they come is a lot of colors as well.I had these for a few years before they started ripping apart,so I threw them away,i had three different ones, this dark brown color,a light beige and a blue color, since those are the colors of my room, and the blue ones I still have and they seem to be holding up better than the others, and the other two brown sheets I had got a small rip in them from one of the cats and then since I didn't fix it and left it on the bed twice it kept ripping and I ended up throwing them out,but for only $5 there still worth it.I wish they did come in deep pockets because they barley fit my bed, which has a pillowtop on it and really does need a deep pocket sheet but there hard to find around here.

    Queen size sheet

First of all I do not understand all the whining about the little fabric bag that the sheets come in. Is anyone really planning to put them back in this bag? I got a pair of scissors and it was out in two seconds. Faster than all the packaging that you normally have to deal with. It is not the softest of material but for this price I was not expecting it to be equal to 800 count Egyptian cotton and it was actually better than I was expecting. I bought this to make a lining for a bedspread I am making and it is working just perfectly for this purpose. I noticed that quite a few people are buying these for craft type projects so to let you know that after washing and removing the hems I got an extra 3+ inches from the sides. The seams are chain stitched so if you want to remove them it is a snap. i could not have bought fabric this wide for this price so I am very happy. By the way, I could sleep on these if I had to.

    These feel terrible

I used to buy these sheets all the time. To use on my bed, to make a duvet cover out of, I've even used them as a source of comfy and cheap fabric for Halloween costumes. I typically don't use flat sheets, so I've always found it nice to be able to pick up a fitted and some pillowcases separate and save some money, without having unused flat sheets lying around. The other day I bought a fitted sheet in Arctic white, Queen sized. I just grabbed it and went on my way. But then I got home and realized that they don't feel as soft and nice as they did before. I have an unopened one from a little over a year ago that I planned on using to cover some furniture before I got slip covers, and it feels so much smoother and softer. I feel like the quality has gone way down and the price is the same. Maybe somehow this was a fluke or something, but if it wasn't, I don't think I'll be buying these sheets for my bed anymore.

I wanted orange curtains for my living room, for the Spring/Summer. First problem no ECONOMICAL curtains I really liked. A major retailer had what I wanted at $30.00 a panel..NOT IN THIS ECONOMY. Second, I am somewhat picky..they had to be a certain orange..more like pumpkin...they had to be a certain length...i like my living rooms curtains to go to the floor...and simple...nothing fussy. So I happen to be in Walmart and lo and behold orange flat sheets...the gears started turning...I purchased 4 twin flat sheets and 2 full flat sheets...they were on clearance so they were really cheap...$3 dollars for each sheet. I got home ironed the twin flat sheets, folded the top to make a small attached valance and attached them to the rod with curtain rings. I have gotten so much compliments on the "curtains". I love telling everyone the "curtains" are really flat sheets. The experiment went so well I am purchasing the Red Sedona flat sheets for the Fall/Winter season.Best of all I can use them in any of the rooms in my house. Walmart should make these in teal or peacock green..HINT, HINT!!! Yeah for Walmart! :)

    Won't fit my mattress

My daughter wanted to upgrade from a twin size mattress to a full sized, so I purchased one of these fitted sheets just so she could try out the bed and see if she truly liked the bigger size. I didn't want to pay much since we might be switching back. (We bought the full for our guest room and she decided to switch.) Even though I didn't think it was soft by any means, it was just to try the bed out. It was a pain to get out of the little baggie they package it in, but we finally got it out just to find out it will not fit the mattress. It's about 3" short. We turned it both ways, and it just won't fit. I measured it, and sure enough, it's almost 3" shorter than the mattress. The mattress is just a standard, basic mattress, no pillow top or anything that would cause this issue. Guess that's what we get going with a cheap, $9.97 sheet. I was hoping it would be worth at least the $9.97 we paid, but it's worthless.

    You can see the difference

I bought a single top sheet. It's packaged folded up and stuffed in a pouch made of the same material as the sheet. An adhesive product information label is stuck on the pouch. The pouch has an elastic opening. Why am I writing so much about the package? Because it's just about impossible to extract the sheet from the pouch! The opening is not big enough. I struggled just to get the sheet out, all the while worrying that I'm going to rip the sheet. So I slowly wiggle the sheet out of the pouch. I want to save the stuck-on label. Well, good luck peeling the label off the pouch. My advice: Save the pouch with the label intact. Now, the sheet quality. If you are currently using a soft, smooth sheet, you will immediately *see* the difference between yours and this product. This sheet you can see the weave without getting up close. Now I know why 200-thread count is the cheapest. The material looks "rough" and feels less smooth than a "normal" (higher thread count) sheet. The sheet is not "scratchy". But it could be smoother.

A very nice sheet for the price

While this sheet could never be confused with a high thread count sheet for texture or softness it is a remarkably well made sheet for the low price. I use it on an air bed for overnight guests and it has stood up well through multiple uses and washings. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a good, servicable sheet for a very reasonable price.
I was glad to see that Wal-Mart would sell me one sheet (instead of my having to buy a package of a top sheet, bottom sheet and two pillow cases!). Being able to buy just one flat cotton polyester king-sized sheet for our bed was perfect. It washes well, is very soft, and will last a long time! And the delivery to the store took just one day!!

    Great deal!

Great quality for little cost. It washes up soft yet maintaining a little crispness that feels so good to crawl onto. I am using this on a bariatric hospital bed and I am bed bound at this time, so comfort is paramount. I paid 5 bucks for this sheet.....a great deal!

    great DIY curtains!!

i needed something relatively inexpensive for patio curtains and these work pefectly!!! i wish i could share a pic. my patio looks great!! we used pvc pipe for the rods and large hooks for the holders.we also bought end caps for the pvc to prevent rods from moving/sliding back and forth.
