The bad reviews on this is due to folks not following care instructions, included. #1). Clean pan with hot soapy water & soft dish cloth, dry immediately. #2). Do not soak pan in water nor put in dishwasher. #3). "Lightly grease or spray pan before each use". #4). DO NOT CUT OR SCRAPE THE BAKING SURFACE WITH SHARP METAL TOOLS! #5). Comes with a 3 year limited warranty, but hey, it only cost $4.18 with tax. Follow these simple instructions & your pan will last a very long, long time.

Perfect for Pizzas, Biscuits, Cookies, etc;
Love these pans. We have pizza every Friday and these pans work great
I have had 2 of these pizza pans for a couple of years and like them. Even though the description says non-coated, I have no problems with sticking and they cook evenly except when I try to cook 2 at one time. Not the fault of the pan, they just fill up the oven and heat can't circulate properly. I always hand wash and dry immediately and haven't had any problems with rust.
The more I use this pizza pan the better it gets
I always grease my pizza pans , so I've not had a problem with rust , sticking , well maybe a few scratches where the pizza cutter went a little to deep ( my fault ) , ... I've had these pans for years and use them for many different things , cook breaded fish sticks/cakes , biscuits , breaded chicken patties , ex ... The first thing I did was leave the pizza pan with a small amount of grease all over it and then wiped it off with paper towels a few days later , then washed and dried it .. ( always make sure it is dried after washing by hand , quickly ) Matter of fact I was coming here today to order two more and saw where it said '' add a review '' so I thought I'd throw my two cents in .. seriously though I use these pans for everything .. MainStay 16'' Pizza Pan ( silver )
Tray works as it should, although after cooking a pizza on the oven racks and placing it on the tray to cool, I noticed the tray under the pizza accumulated a red rust-type residue. It scrapes off with a fingernail but I found this strange, especially since it didn’t happen when cooking the pizza on the tray
used twice, rusts fast
nice pan but rusts fast. after washing you have to dry it thoroughly. good thing it was cheap. bakes pizza well but used twice and will have to replace soon.
It definitely does not have any coating. It rusts immediately if you don't dry right after washing. If you use a non stick spray then you must clean it right away or a film will start to develop that you can't clean. A very very poor product. The only good thing about it is the cost. If you buy it then you might as well use it and toss it after the first use.
Don't waste your $1, single use only
I washed this before using, baked a pizza which was fine, washed it, and when I made the next pizza, the dough turned grey from either the "metal/alloy" or the coating! I thought this might be a slightly better option than foil, so perhaps a bit more environmental, I was wrong. Spend $20 for something solid, or stick with aluminum.
This is the worst pizza pan I have ever come in contact with. Every time I make a pizza, the concave shape of the pan causes the inner part of my pizza to be under cooked. I've tried everything to remedy this. Foil under the pizza, per-baking the dough and using butter instead of cooking spray. Nothing worked. The middle was always soggy. Plus on top of that, the lack of any kind of coating lead to rapid rusting. I found rust spots after the 3rd hand washing. Wal-mart should be embarrassed to be carrying such a pathetic product.
Rusted after 3rd use!
I got 2 of these trays and used them 3 times and the pizza always came out fully cooked and didn't rust when I washed them. But when I came to use them for a 4th time, I found them so rusty and one of them even peeled and the material it's made of got exposed and I had to throw them away. Maybe if u dry them right away they won't rust.
