Love this Coconut Sugar! I've been purchasing this product for years. I use this as a replacement for white sugar in my coffee. It actually enhances the richness of the coffee, adding the perfect sweetness without any coconut flavor! It's a healthy choice being low glycemic and has soluable fiber....which is a bonus! I've tried other brands, but overall quality and quantity for the price is unbeatable.

Good value

The extra flavor, lower glycemic index, and increased minerals from this sweetener makes it worth considering for your kitchen. This brand looks and smells exactly like the 2 pound GV brand but by going to 3 pounds you get the same price per ounce or better. This product will never be US made because we don't have the trees. I prefer this for sugaring fresh cut strawberries - makes a richer flavor that is great as a waffle topping or for strawberry shortcake. This is not a very sustainable product choice and changing tariffs may make it too dear. GMO sugar from US farmed sugar beets is still a great and very safe food that supports American farmers. It is the most affordable of all sugars.
