I give this item a five star rating because it suits the purpose for a reason. I ordered it with the neuropathy and the lack of muscle in my hands. I find it much easier to open a screw on cap, especially with the sweet tea that I drink I placed this mat on top of the cap. I can twist it without my hands slipping the caps come off just like they did before my health issues so if anyone else is having trouble opening up bottles, I suggest you buy this item and try it.
