Solid performance at a reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with my purchase of the Logitech wireless speakers with subwoofer. My only issue was with the set up via Bluetooth. Initially I could not get my desktop to find the new device. I finally figured out that it was due to some Windows 10 software updates that had not been activated. Once I ran those updates, no issue.

Defective product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this bluetooth speakers 0.0 stars because I was sent a defective item, so I wasn't able to use it out of the box. Companies are no longer making quality products and have no interest in quality control. I should've known because the past reviews for this product is saying the speakers stopped working a short time after receiving it. The problem with mine is the Bluetooth remote that is used to operate the speakers could not open to put the batteries in. I will never buy Logitech products again.
