The RQ12+ is a terrible replacement for the original shaving head. I bought a Norelco 7000 because you can't easily find original heads for the 1280X. My 3 or 4 year old 1280X cutting head outperforms the brand new Norelco. I won't buy another Norelco until they "make Norelco great again." All kidding aside, I won't. The 1280X appears to have been the apex of Norelco quality.

I've been trying to use this razor for some time since I replaced the head. I've finally given up as it is just too uncomfortable. I doubt I'll be getting another Norelco Razor. Currently I'm back to a blade and shaving cream. Faster, easier, and far more comfortable. I was hoping that by now they would produce something better, but I just checked online and this is it.

New shaving head quite simple to change. Instructions very easy to follow. The entire head was changed and therefore no small parts to be concerned about. A great improvement with the new head.

I love my 3D razor. I've been using it for 2 years. The new replacement head doesn't provide the product performance I based my buying decision on at the time when I purchased the razor originally. This is absolutely unacceptable! Can you just bring the RQ12 back? Sell the RQ12 next to the RQ12+ and you'll be able to see what the consumer wants. These are the kind of decisions that make a company look horrible and lose customer loyalty. Norelco you lost mine.
