doesn't have seat belts or cushioned bottom. think of it in terms of a kids wagon. as far as pushing the car to the park -- its fine as long as you arn't too tall. i'm 5'6 and it's fine for me. i imagine much taller you will probably slightly have to hunch down since the car is ~3 ft in height.

I can see this working for the park, zoo, and that type of outing. Would not be good for shopping, etc. The "handle" is an opening on the rear of the roof, about stroller handle height. Should not have to bend over. Pushes and turns easily. My daughter takes my granddaughter for walks around the neighborhood in her coupe and both love it!

You may have to bend over slightly, depending on individual height but the handle on the roof is super convenient.

I'm 5' 7" and I have to bend a bit. Pushing it around the yard or carport is about all you'd want to do. It's great for them to play in but a bit clunky to try and take it anywhere as a stroller.

It would not work very well as a stroller. You definitely have to stoop down to push the top of the roof. It is somewhat cumbersome to steer as well.

It turns, but it is VERY TOUGH, to turn. The steering wheel is very stiff, and not easily maneuvered around. I am hoping it just needs to be broken in. There is an ignition key and that turns fine.

No...but it's ok, they can steer it with their feet, or you can push them from behind. It's tall enough that you won't have to hurt your back bending over to push him.

Sorry I hadn't responded and it's over 2 years. Hope this helps future folks tho. Yes it does but doesn't control anything. Little ones think it does until the little car doesn't go the way they want lol. Key turns as well, no noise like an actual car. Horn kind of sounds like a squeaky toy

They turn but randomly. You cannot steer them.

The front wheels act like the wheels on a grocery cart. They turn to different directions but the driver does not control their movement directly.

yes the front wheels are swivel wheels and go in in any direction sort of like a stroller. the front ones swivel and that back just follow.
