Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take once daily following the dosing instructions listed below, or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Take in the morning either with food, juice or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Honestly, I‚Äôm bad at taking vitamins- pills or liquid. However before starting a dry fast I randomly decided to have this.( I‚Äôd bought it for my kids but wasn‚Äôt giving it to anybody regularly) I suffer from really bad head aches when I fast and miraculously I didn‚Äôt have one that day. Needless to say I haven‚Äôt skipped since. The taste isn‚Äôt bad in the world of liquid supplements. I‚Äôve started taking so many of their products since! I‚Äôve got 2 of my friends on it and my great aunt. All seem to be happy customers. Thank you for such a quality product!
