What a great toy! We bought this for our daughter's 6th birthday! She is on it everyday after school. It's very easy to put it together if you follow the instructions. It is a LOT easier with two people! There are some awkward moments when an extra hand or two are beneficial. It took us a couple hours but we also were taking care of our 1 year old in the mix of things. We also sprayed it for added protection since ours is in the grass and will get wet more than probably intended to... I am able to move it by myself (Im a petite girl, 5 feet tall) although very awkward so it pretty much stays put unless my husband is home. We can easily move it around together when we need to mow. Our little 1 almost 2 year old loves it almost as much as his older sister. We throw a kids parachute over the top and they play under it like they are camping. It is very good quality and we see it lasting many years. Worth every penny!!!

I bought this for my 4 yr old daughter. She loves to climb and is learning how to climb our trees and she loves to hang and swing on our hitching rack. This dome has all of those fun activities in one. She is learning to balance and use her own strength. She not quite tall enough to climb all the way to the top by herself yet. This will grow with her and was a great price.
Hit of the neighborhood
I am President of my Home Owners Association for a very small subdivision of just 75 homes and purchased this item (and a monkey bar set) for the kids in the neighborhood. I had it placed in the Commons area. From the first moment I saw it, I was thrilled and anxiously awaited its construction, despite what the instructions say, it takes a solid 6 hours to put together. (even by a skilled handy man.) great directions, I LOVE it !!! The KIDS LOVE IT !!! I cant drive past it without smiling.. Well made, and built to last with sturdy materials. I definitely recommend this item !!
Took my husband a couple hours to put it together. It was for our 4 1/2 year old Granddaughter who just loves to climb and jump on everything. When she came over on Saturday to see it she was soo excited and happy! She played on it pretty much all day and talk about wearing her out...wow she was out like a light that night! She enjoyed it so much more then she would have a swing set, (she has one at her home) that's why we got her this. It looks good and looks like it will last a very long time. She likes the colors and I am glad we got the red & blue one.
Kids love it, solid product
We have a few Lifetime products, and have been impressed. The materials are sturdy, the directions are clear, everything is clearly labeled and divided into separate packages for user-friendly assembly.
You'll want to set aside 4 hours and two people for assembly, but once it's ready, the kids immediately love it. Seems like it will last for a long time.
Great for even for indoor play
Our kids got the climber as a Christmas present and could not wait to put it together. The 7-year-old even started reading the directions and was able to begin the assembly. My husband and I finished up but had some difficulty with the bottom connections - they were hard to push together enough to screw the bolt on. We were able to get them but it would have been easier if we had used some sort of vise. We ended up putting the climber together in our basement as it has been cold and snowy and the kids didn't want to wait until the spring to set it up outside. We may even end up keeping it in the basement since it gives the kids a great place to play and use up some energy when the weather outside isn't conducive to playing.
