Too Inconsistent
It is really good looking but performance has been disappointing, to be honest. Touch seems to be touchy when unlocking so we switched to open upon approach and the timing of that works great sometimes and others has you waiting and touching and sometimes reaching for a key to open. Also, we've already replaced a battery, much quicker than expected.Oley

- 5 out of 5 stars review4/8/2022Best smart lock in the industry.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with this lock immediately after installing it on my front door and gate. It looks like a ordinary lock but can be opened remotely with my phone. It is extremely useful especially when I have groceries in my hands. The Bluetooth function allows the door to unlock by itself when in closed proximity. I also like how I can lock and unlock the door by touching the lock. It's a very useful feature as I do not need to take out my phone nor do I need to use my keys when I leave the house. Just a simple touch on the lock and it'll do its job. It really was a breeze with zero complications. I love that it's compatible with all the smart devices that I already own. My friends were shocked when I first came back to my house with them and just touched the lock to go inside. I gave my family members key cards and it makes things so simple, especially when holding groceries. Because it uses the latest tech, it's super small and inconspicuous. It is well designed and packaged very well. The installation and set up was moderately easy. The lock is well packaged and great quality. Has elegant look that will match the decor of any home. It works well, and feels very secure. This lock looks and works like a regular lock, but also provides smart features which is amazing. The number of options for unlocking the Level Lock are very impressive.
