    Lenovo computer

It was suggested that I purchased this computer from a friend who uses this computer. The first one I had to send back because the drivers were missing. The second one I have is okay I have worked with better systems so this was a little disappointing because it lags. I have very good internet service so I know it's not my internet service I just find the computer slower than I expected however it does the purpose it just takes longer would I buy it again probably not but I'm a look at another version of computers in that company and give them a second chance. Wish I could give a better review but after the second computer is not running the right way and I had to download a whole bunch of drivers for another reason it is a little disappointing. I was expecting to set it up and get the computer going and having the same speed and results as I did with my last computer that was not this brand. Donna darveau

    Worst Lenovo I've ever had

It looks lovely and is lightweight. I like the keyboard. It doesn't connect worth a darn. Even when wired it's as slow as molasses with frequent drops and interruptions. I loved Lenovo. I've had them for my personal use for years. I just can't believe this dud is your product. It's a shame. I'm looking at other brands now, sorry to say. I used to be a big advocate for Lenovo. PS more than two USB ports would be nice. If you use one for a wireless mouse, that's it....you only have one and can't move things from drive to drive.

great computer for a good price

I needed a second laptop to do light duty work and I didn't want to pay a lot. My previous laptop is a Lenovo table (X61) I got that in 2008. It worked fairly well, but the fan kept breaking. The final problem with that tablet was that Lenovo did not keep up with the drivers for Windows 10 and the wireless stopped working with the new OS. So I decided I needed a replacement. The IdeaPad 320 was ideal for the job. It is extremely light AND has an optical drive built in, something my IdeaPad Y700 doesn't have. It has a Pentium CPU and it came with 4 Gb mem., which seems to be enough for now. It is upgradable to more when and if I need it. The only drawback is the LCD screen must be viewed straight on, unlike my Y700. It's a small thing, but you'd think those old LCD displays would be gone away with. It runs very cool, so it can really be used as a laptop without burning your lap. Otherwise it has worked perfectly and if it lasts another 9 years for what I paid, I'll be happy. The internet lags seriously on the Ideapad and no it is not my connection. My internet works fine with my other devices. When typing (like for example while typing this review) the response is slow and the cursor jerks. There is no way to connect it to my wireless printer without paying a fee to the Lenovo software group and the mouse pa works so poorly that I tear my hair out trying to look anything up. Ideapad is a worthless piece of excrement.

    Surprisingly Powerful.

I've had this Laptop for about a week, and it works great! Very pleased with the performance from out-of-the box... Intel Core i7-7500U CPU @ 2.7 GHz + 12 GB SSD. Those two things were the main factors in my decision to purchase an IdeaPad versus my previous model of ThinkPad e520. While the keyboard functionality is slightly different, no issues since opening it from the box. I do miss the auto scroll on the touchpad and the Calculator App Quick Launch on the Keyboard. I've been adjusting and learning new habits (2 fingers to scroll + using AI Cortana... she's awesome! I don't know why I haven't ever used her before!) 1960 x 1080 resolution is awesome, but I do wish it was a PCI screen as that is the latest technology. Additionally, since I didn't custom build this... a fingerprint reader and a backlit keyboard would have been a plus plus. However, since I've never had either of those two "extras", I figured I can probably still live without them for a while. So, I saved money there and went for the performance versus the bells and whistles. Super compact, lightweight and thin even with a CD Drive.

IdeaPad 320 - good investment for business

I bought this month a go and it good machine for the money: fast even with the Adobe design programs but not meant for animations and 3D rendering. Over all good laptop for work.

the pc handles well under normal operations although there are a few glitches here and there just because of the low graphics and memory. on future models please increase the memory

I bought this one month ago and so far it is satisfactory

    great features

best processor, graphics, ram, rom in low price performance is excellent,it is good for gaming also in luv with this product

Overpriced, bloated, and not competitive in 2018.

I bought the Ideapad 320 about six months ago and have decided to already look for a replacement, unfortunately. Despite 8GB RAM, the machine feels bloated and is easily overwhelmed by what I would consider not very demanding applications. Additionally, you might as well classify this computer as a desktop since the batterly life is under 60 minutes. I've also spent countless hours troubleshooting what had previously been simple add ons (wireless keyboard and mouse) and eventually had to purchase a wired keyboard due to missed keystrokes and lagged typing (I made sure to update all applicable drivers to no avail as well). I've had similar lagging issues with my wireless mouse (tested three different models to ensure compatibility), which has been extremely frustrating. It may be worth mentioning that I share the same contempt for Windows 10...which when combined with this underperorming computer makes for a subpar owenership experience.
