Starting out, the affordable price of this Chromebook S330, 14-inch, at $159.00, is brilliant for what the consumer gets: a high-definition resolution screen that is anti-glare at any angle, as I tried tirelessly to see will I notice any glare. I didn't.
The sounds from the speakers are loud and crisp without any interference of static. The performance of this Chromebook is better than average under high-stress scenarios like multiple programming being run at the same time, although I did notice lag.
The ergonomics of the buttons are comfortable and convenience without mistakenly pressing the wrong keys without directly looking at the keyboard.
Booting up is super fast w/a long battery life. The bottom of the Chromebook doesn't get warm like some of its competitors from HP, and the brightness of the screen is quite good, but at times, it seems a bit grainy.
While there are a lot of good, there is still some room for improvement: the screen blinks out black for a half-second and comes back to life -- and this is a brand new 1-week old computer from this review date -- also, this computer can be a modest fingerprint magnet; however, it is no big deal. The lag should become addressed for better performance, and Lenovo should offer more colors other than black, but that is just nitpicking.
Bottom line: this budget-friendly Chromebook at 14-inches with full high-definition resolution is the superb choice to not second-guess this Lenovo Chromebook with its competitors because, at $159.00, I cannot find a better deal with better resolution than this Chromebook.
