Value for its power

I have a similar vacuum at home, This is the second one I want to have for different floor. I was so thrilled to see such a powerful suction. The dust container is definitely good size. It is very easy to clean the drapery, carpet and hardwood floor. With its accessaries, I can use it for many purposes. This one is much better than the one I purchased before. It sucks in a good way. I sincerely recommend this brand.

Great little vacuum - Very good customer service

This vacuum offers great flexibility with the added attachments is light weight and has good performance.We had an issue with the power head that stopped working. We communicated with MOOS customer service and they have agreed to send a replacement. Ann in customer service was extremely helpful in resolving this issue.

It is not exactly a Dyson, but it's good for the price.

Overall this works well so far, anyone that’s saying it works like a Dyson I would say has never used a Dyson. It is not a Dyson and you get what you pay for with this. Not a bad product, just not comparable to Dyson.It works great on hardwood, tile, laminate but, on carpet it struggles to have enough suction to get it really clean.It did a weird little power surge today while on hardwood but went right back to normal, hoping this is just a one off and not going to become normal as it was only the third time I’ve ran it. (after more usage I've realized it does this once the battery is getting low.)It’s convenient, easy to use, easy to store. Comes with a wall mount.Overall decent quality.UPDATE: After reading my review the company reached out to address my concerns, they offered free filters for the vacuum and a $20 refund because they know the product is sub-par. I counter offered because they mentioned they would make improvements and release and updated model of the vacuum. I asked for an exchange when the new model is released, they did not respond to my counter offer.UPDATE 2: They sent the filters and refunded me $20, they also agreed to exchange my vacuum once the new model is released. Customer service is slow to respond via email at times, but they always responded.
