Leapfrog leaped back to store for return
Purchased this item for my two year old grandson's birthday after reading reviews. Unfortunately after several attempts trying to connect to the internet to obtain downloads it stalled four times. Tried everything mentioned in the error 1 message so we exchanged it for another. Hopefully that one was a dud. Sure hope this one works so far I'm not impressed. I am impressed with Walmart's return/exchange policy.

leap frog
Bought this for my daughter and she really liked it. Its easy to order and install on your computer and easy to order additional books and remove them if needed. My daughter loved answering the questions or just finding out what different things where or the sounds they made. The book fits nicely in the case so they can be carried around together. I would tell others about this its a good learning toy.

Excellent Learning Toy
This toy is very durable for a two year old. I like the fact that you can buy more books to add to it do the child doesn't get bored. LeapFrog has been around and has a great reputation for teaching toys.

great interactive learning
My five year old has absolutely loved her LeapStart and now our little guy can start playing on it too. There are so many books in different levels perfect for kids from preschool to 2nd grade (ish).

Awesome for 2 year old
Perfect interactive book to buy before diving into buying a tablet. For a kiddo that loves to read, this is great! Nice that it can grow with child well into 5/7 years old.

All is great so far...
Since this is a Christmas gift, I can't rate the item. As far as Walmart's online service; it was great! Everything was as it should have been. And!, there was a "rollback" on the price, automatically my credit card was refunded the difference.

1. You need the internet to initially install each learning book and you have to set up a Leapfrog account which is free to do but extra steps and prep need to be done before your child can play with the actual toy. Annoying!
