Great item for the price!
I bought this as a gift for my husband who just wanted something simple and cheap with decent quality. This is exactly what I got with this purchase. It is a little small for a typical laptop and can never imagine using the cup holder with a laptop on it. But, it is very lightweight and good value for the money!

disappointing...
Overall, the item description of this product is pretty much accurate. However, this desk does fall short of meeting expectations. As other reviewers have posted, it is too small for my laptop (a macbook). What's the point of having a cup holder & pen/pencil holder if i cannot access them?

    Great for laptops,
    It is perfect for keeping on my lap when using my laptop. The cup holder is a fringe benefit that I was not even looking for and the price was the best in this category.

    serves its intended purpose.
    We eat in front of the tv in the family room. By using this lap desk there is much less spilling. The bean bag bottom conforms to your legs making it easier to keep level. The cup holder is convenient, also. Easy clean-up with a damp cloth.
