Great Customer Service at Altatac

Even though this was purchased on Walmart.com the seller was Altatac. This cable only worked if I connected to my laptop, not in the usb ports on my wall jack connectors. I sent an email to the company and they responded immediately refunded my money and told me I did not need to send it back.
