Convenient
I bought this about 8 months ago and they worked and sound very good for about the first 4 or 5 months. Since then I have had to send them back twice to be repaired due to the right earbud speaker going and the microphone stopped working as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is the umpteenth LG headset I purchased. I love them! I'm an educator, so it's great when I'm walking around. Then out of no where...they stop working. Well one ear stops working. Every LG headset that I have purchased...one of the ear plugs stop working. So...I'm stuck with a headset with only one ear working because I can't find my receipt! :( [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This has been a good product so far. It's very user friendly. Overall sound quality is good it pairs easily. My only gripes is that the magnet doesn't work too well to hold the ear pieces in place. They fall off too easily. The buds do fit snuggly in my ear though. All LG products I've bought go bad within a year. So it's a good idea to get the Walmart Protection Care Plan for just a few dollars more.

One side stopped producing sound.

I got these in December and now the right side barely produces any sound. I'm so bummed. I've basically gotten approximately 3 months out of them. Seems unacceptable to me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Always the same problem

This makes the fourth LG headset I have had to purchase. The electronics are fine but the wired earpieces stink. After a time one ear piece and then he other slowly stops working. Most likely because of the flimsy wires they are attached to which separate inside the ear piece. Why can't LG make the wires a little stronger so they stop pulling apart inside the ear piece forcing us to buy another one???? WORST ONE

I HAD HIS DEVICE SINCE AUGUST OF THIS YEAR. I THOUGHT MY HEARING WAS GOING BAD, SO I WENT TO THE DOCTOR. TURNED OUT THE SPEAKERS ARE MESSED UP IN MY HEADSET ON THE LEFT SIDE. SO SINCE IT WAS PASSED MY RETURNED DATE, I TRIED TO USE THE RIGHT SIDE INSTEAD AND JUST CHUCK A "L". WELP THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER! THE RIGHT SIDE DOESN'T WORK AT ALL! I'M IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO USE MY WARRANTY TO AT LEAST GET A REPLACEMENT THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. I'VE HAD HEADSETS FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE THAT WORKED GREAT! LAST ME FOR 3YRS OR MORE. Do yourself a favor and don't buy these. The wires are very thin and prone to break, I've had them for a little over a year and one ear piece stopped working months ago and now the second one has stopped working. Not worth the money. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Just bought these a few days ago replacing my old lg headphones that lasted me about 4 years. I loved them things until they would turn off for no reason. These don't even compare to my old ones with sound quality and battery life. I mean it's decent but my old ones were cheaper and sounded ALOT better than these. Poor Quality!

Purchased in July 2018 returned for repair October 2018 for one earbud with no sound. Returned a second time February 2019 for one earbud with no sound. I'm afraid after my one year warranty I will be left with a headset with one earbud. The cord wiring seems to be the issue that has poor quality but the sound is awesome with two working earbuds. Lasted less than 45 days

i bought these headphones because they were LG and what i felt would be top of the line in December of 2018. the battery life is great but within 3 weeks the right headphone went out, so i was using just one. Then with no notice i was using the left side one minute then literally the next i couldnt hear anything. im trying to figure out what the problem is, i look at the headphone wire and it has comes apart literally? but how when its not retractable so there's no tugging on it and i put it in its place when im not using it. This by far the worst experience with headphones ive ever had. Definitely thought buying LG i was getting a long lasting product (especially for the price) because i am tired of buying headphones but instead these were the quickest ones to ever go out not even lasting 45 days.

BAD QUALITY

I bought this headset when I upgraded my phone last, after less than three months the left side stopped working. I used it like that for three more months till I had the option to purchase another, assuming it was a fluke. Well the second pair I bought did the exact same thing after the same amount of time.
