Verizon LG Optimus Zone 3 Smartphone

The phone is very basic and easy to use. I bought it for my sons 12th bday, as a form to communicate during the summer while he's out with friends. It was pretty easy to set up, as most instructions are on the phone, or you can look in the set up guide. For my child's use, its easy to maneuver, and he is able to play his games with no problem. I think for an adult, its too basic, and I consider it slow. Overall for the reason I bought it, its perfect.

I did my research on the phone, like I do any long term purchase. I haven't had any problems with the phone, except the power on tap screen takes a couple tries to get it on. In a hurry, I just use the side button, no worries. The camera is really great and the phone is a good size, not too small or too big. Walmart had this way cheaper than Verizon, and it's their phone! Had problems ordering through Verizon, prepaid customer service is a joke. They did me a favor, through Walmart, I saved $40. I would recommend this phone to almost anyone. Might be a bit much for a first time smart phone user, but aren't they all now! Great buy.

The phone is very thin and lightweight. It works very well. Android 5.1 feels smooth on this phone. For the price, this is an excellent phone!

The phone has an overall nice design and easy to use features. It would be a nice starter phone but not for the average adult cell phone user. The phone has a tendency to type out random words while you are trying to type, unlock itself and open the camera constantly glitches after running high data consuming apps for too long.

I just bought this phone at Walmart because in the Q&A section it was asked twice if this phone will work on a regular Verizon account (post-paid/contract) and the answer was yes both times. On top of that, nowhere on this page does it say Pre-Paid like it does on the other pages for other phones. This phone WILL NOT work on a post paid Verizon contract, it is pre-pay only. Verizon would not let me activate this phone on my account to replace my other phone that has died. Now I am stuck with a useless phone . Beware of this before you buy.
