Excellent TV...

Great TV...easy set up all the way around. The remote is easy to use, as well the set up of the onscreen programs. I tried the Vizio 70" and there is no comparison. So glad I made the switch to this unit!

More than lots of entertainment comes at a price.

This listing states the list price for this TV is $899, but the LG website lists it for $649 and previous to that price it was LG listed as $699. Don't believe everything you see, especially if the listing is for sellers other than WalMart! It's a great TV, but to get all the functionality, you have to agree to 5 different Terms and Conditions that basically boil down to, either LG or the app providers will individually or collectively gather information about what your watching, when, what method of input (TV, Satellite, VCR, Internet App,...), voice (if enabled),... In essence, don't expect ANY privacy. You will receive targeted advertisements... And although I didn't read this, I'm fairly sure they are implying that whatever data is collected, will be sold and analyzed for purposes you can't even imagine.

This tv is fantastic.

I was nervous to order due to the mixed reviews here, but checked the reviews for this exact same model on the Best Buy site -- it's very highly rated there! Ordered the tv and when it arrived I could see why: the picture is crisp and clear and the sound is practically booming. Absolutely recommend and love this tv -- and love the price, too!

Upgrade from a 49” version and couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. Overall great quality for the price.

I purchased one of these due to the price point and not the qualities or functions of the tv. Picture and layout of the apps are fine. However, the connectivity is horrendous. I have daily issues with the internet connection while all my other devices have no problem. If you stream everything as I do purchase another TV.
