I ordered this AC unit. It was my mistake picking the wrong one I needed a 110 and I ordered a 220. I couldn't afford to have electrician come out to do all the work to get it going. Delivery shipping was fast and I wish I could've enjoyed my purchase instead I had to return. The product is exactly what it is.

Unit seems to work fine, but delivery was unacceptable, left me hanging all day Friday, then delivered Saturday without notice, lucky I was home. package and unit was fairly beat up, butI accepted it as I couldn't wait for another poor delivery. Also, sent wrong instruction sheet, required taking unit apart to install 10 screws from inside case which could have been done easily at factory and saved customer several hours of fighting with is heavy and very bulky unit.

Didn't really get to use the item. it arrived damaged and dented due to transit. some screws didn't work and seller wanted us to go buy the correct screws. There was also oil all over the unit, we think it was the refrigerant oil. plugged it in to test unit and it only spit out warm air. Seller is terrible with communication as they are in a different country and only respond to emails at 2 in the morning. Took me over a month to get it returned, and that was a hassle.
